RETURNS

You can return your item for a full refund within 14 days from the day goods are recived.

Your item must be unused, unworned, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging. The original tags and labels must still be attached and uncompromised.

Your Order Purchase no. must be included in the parcel when returning.
EXCLUSIONS

Pierced Jewellery
In the interest of hygiene and for your protection, earrings and pierced jewellery are excluded from our Refund policy.
REFUNDS

We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit /refund within 14 bussiness days.
SHIPPING

Cost of Return shiping as well as cost of original shpping are reponsibility of the buyer and are non refundable.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
